Balham Hill

Our Balham Hill project is a large Victorian ex-bank located on the high street in Balham. Works include the conversion of a commercial unit to residential followed by the subdivision in to three flats on the ground and lower ground floor. To maximise the use of the building a full footprint basement was made alongside a new access point to the flats already located on the upper floors.
