Barclay Road

A large Victorian property in the heart of Fulham. Works include a complete overhaul of the entire property followed by subdivision in to four flats. The lead aspect of this design was to add a staircase in an entirely new structure on the side of the property, thus giving much more primary space within the existing structure. Works to commence in 2019.
