The refurbishment and extension of a mock Georgian property using a bridge corridor (first time ever allowed in Putney) to connect a garden office and sub terrain area below to the main extended house incorporating a Mediterranean style walled garden. The property was refurbished to an exemplary high standard taking into account the modern needs and wants of the client.
